Am I required to pay a copay when I am seen at the office?
Most insurance plans require patients to pay a co-payment or deductible. These payments are due at the time of your visit. The amount depends on your contract with your insurance company. We accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards (Discover, Mastercard, and Visa).
Our physicians are considered as specialists which sometimes requires a higher office copay.
What information do I need to bring to the office, financial or otherwise?
Always bring your current insurance card, as well as your ID or drivers license. In addition, please bring any relevant scans or images the doctor may need. Please contact us by phone if you need any further clarification.

What is your policy for cancelling appointments?
